The Graham Middle School PTA board welcomes you to this exciting 2011-2012 academic year. We hope you have had a relaxing summer and are ready to embark on another wonderful year at Graham.
It’s hard to believe that we’re already heading back to school! To help simplify the process, the PTA Board has put together an informational packet which includes:
PTA PRELIMINARY GOALS
The PTA Board has been working on preliminary goals for the coming year. We hope to continue supporting past programs, including: library books, teacher grants (DOUBLED from last year’s amount!), clubs, student handbooks, school beautification, and a whole lot more!
DIRECT APPEAL
This year the PTA direct appeal will coincide with the start of the academic year. Our hope is to fund the programs listed above as well as support several larger programs. The targeted amount for these programs are as follows:

To implement these important programs, we are requesting a minimum donation of $225 per child, but encourage you to contribute an amount that is comfortable for your family. Remember, every donation helps our school! Be an official sponsor of any one of the above items for only $500!
PTA BUDGET
Our first General PTA Meeting was held on Thursday, August 26th at 8:15am in the Graham Multi-Purpose Room. The budget for the 2010/2011 school year was finalized.
