Yosemite Trip for Eighth Graders (22-23)

During the week of October 17-21, 2022 eighth graders will be visiting Yosemite through a NatureBridge environmental science program. Students will stay in Half Dome Village and be led on day hikes by professional guides.  Students will sleep in sleeping bags in heated, waterproof tent cabins with some linens provided, such as pillows, towels and wool blankets. Graham teachers and parent volunteers will chaperone students. 

Students will meet at Graham at 7:30AM on Monday, October 17 to be assigned Trail Groups and board buses.  Students will return to Graham by bus on Friday, October 21 at approximately 5:30PM.

Typical Daily Schedule:
6:30AM Rise and shine
7:15AM Breakfast
8:30AM-4:30PM Trail Groups 
5:10PM Dinner
7:00-8:00PM Night Program
Lights out 30 minutes after return from Night Program

Suggested Packing List

Suggested Donation: $675 

Graham is happy to accept any donation from $0 to $675 or more. Please make checks payable to: Graham Middle School. The office will accept cash or checks in any amount before, during or after the trip. Your generous donation helps cover the cost of the NatureBridge program, roundtrip transportation via charter bus, accommodations, meals, teacher stipends, substitute teachers, activities, supplies and other materials.
